Re: Seventh Annual Reunion
Greetings Family,
This letter comes to you from your 2010 Family Reunion host, Leon Smith and family. First let me say how excited we are to be hosting this seventh family gathering!!! I do hope everyone is looking forward to the reunion in the mountains. The date has been set for the reunion it’s August 5th, 6th and 7th.
Your reunion committee members are:
Leon Smith, Chairman-Assisted by: -Phillip Rosser, Mary Smith, Joyce Reed, and Gwen Smith
The committee has reserved the CheyenneMountain Resort for this reunion. Some of you have already reserved your room, but for those of you who have not you need to do so ASAP. It would be extremely helpful if you would do so by the end of August 2009. We need to know if additional rooms will be needed for lodging. We only blocked a total of ten (10) rooms.
To make reservations call (719) 538-4000 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Reserve under the Sanders- Scott Family Reunion. If you would like a room with a view of the mountains, please inform the agent when making your reservation. Room rates and all other vital information pertaining to the resort has been included in this letter.

As for as monies for the reunion go, we are asking that you send $ 75.00 per adult and $ 50.00 per child to cover t-shirts, tour, meet and greet dinner and use of private dining room for Thursday night.
We are also asking that each family donate (1) one nice gift to be given as a prize. *******************
PLEASE!!!! Complete all forms and return with payment. We will need all funds to be in no later than March, 2010. There are several items that will need to be paid for in advance. Also, this will help in getting an exact head count for a couple of activities that are being planned.
Airport Information:
Major Airlines flying into Colorado Springs are:
Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Northwest Airlines, SkyWest Airlines, United Express & US Airways
Transportation to and from the airport: (Complimentary)
Provided by the resort pick-up and return need to be done thru their transportation desk. You will need to call (719) 538-4020 one week prior to your arrival @ the resort to arrange your pick-up @ the airport. Transportation is also, reserved under the Sanders/Scott family Reunion.

Although this is a summer month in Colorado the weather @ night has a tendency to drop. You might want to pack one warm set of clothing to accommodate the temperature.
