Hello Family,

Well it is about that time again. It is time to begin packing your bags and getting ready for  a weekend full of fun, excitement, joy and most importantly family. It is our Eighth Annual Sanders/Scott Family Reunion! For those who attended last year, you all know how great it was waking up to the beautiful Colorado mountains or visiting the breathtaking Seven Falls. Colorado was amazing, but next year we will be bringing the fun to Nashville, Tennessee  and we want you to attend. The date has been set for August 2, 2012-August 5, 2012. Your reunion committee has reserved the Embassy Suites Hotel for your stay. If you plan to attend we ask that you RSVP to the committee, as well as call the hotel to make reservation for your stay. The reservation office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00p.m. and can be reached at (615)871-0033. Also, remember to inform the reservationist that you are attending the Sanders/Scott Family Reunion so you are sure to get the special rate of $105.00 per night.


We have several events planned for your enjoyment next year and are asking that each adult pay $75.00 and each child pay $50.00 as their reunion fees. The fee will cover the t-shirt as well as other activities we have planned, packed full of family fun. Please refer to the website for your 2012 itenirary . The payment and t-shirt forms will be on the website in the near future, so please check back. We will need all forms and the payments no later than March 1, 2012,  to assure that all purchases are secure. Please make sure that you meet the required deadline, because we would love to see everyone present.
